Employment and Youth Services are open to a diverse group of individuals and organizations. Employment services support job seekers of all experience levels, career changers, students, recent graduates, employers, and those pursuing training or certification. They also offer targeted help for newcomers, people with disabilities, Indigenous peoples, and others facing employment barriers.

Youth services are designed for individuals aged 15–30, including students and young job seekers exploring career opportunities, apprenticeships, or training programs. Additional support is available for youth facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues, as well as for parents and educators seeking guidance and resources.
